To improve livelihoods kills of community, we provide training on basic business planning and management skills, marketing skills, basic accounting and sustainable livelihoods approach to bring villagers work together in their income generation activities. On the other hand, we valued in the role of grassroots participation in decision making. To this believed, we are working to promote democratic principles in local level by providing democracy education to local people in application of democratic principles in village’s meetings, election of leaders, administration and organization.
